Real Talk

Michelle Budiwski, MBA(HRmgt), PMP

I’m a speaker, advocate, and the voice behind Real Talk—where conversations aren’t filtered for comfort. My work is grounded in lived experience, resilience, and a commitment to social justice. I am a rectal cancer survivor living with a permanent colostomy in rural Manitoba, a recovering addict free from narcotics and opioids since October 2000, and an adult survivor of childhood sexual abuse who grew up in poverty. These experiences shape my voice and my purpose. I challenge narratives, question what we’ve been taught to accept, and advocate for the rights of women and marginalized communities through honest, unfiltered conversations that drive accountability and change.
