It was such an incredible honor to be invited to collaborate on this video, Leadership and Managing Change, with my #MBA instructional team at the ‪@AIBEducation‬ .

The opportunity to help create new resources for the future generation of leaders is humbling. Over the past 28 years, I have worked from the ground up to build my career, business, and knowledge base learning from incredible mentors, a lot of trial by error, and some humiliating mistakes – all of which have got me to where I am today. Happy. Healthy. Successful. I always believed that my hands-on experience and lack of a formal University business degree somehow diminished my accomplishments. Still, after taking the leap to pursue my executive stream MBA at the ‪@AIBEducation‬ I have left those doubts behind me. We all have something to contribute to future generations, education, experience, knowledge, and wisdom – and we are never too old or young to teach! Thank you #AIB for helping me to realize that and take yet another step toward my dreams.
